Georgia State University & Techlatino Partner for AI Filmmaking Weekend Intensive in Atlanta.
Atlanta, GA – the Georgia State University TechLatino and the Georgia Latino Film Alliance (GALFA) join forces for this event and are excited to announce the AI Filmmaking Weekend Intensive, a two-day hands-on workshop empowering storytellers to create their own short films using generative AI tools. This groundbreaking workshop is designed for filmmakers, artists, technologists, and creatives who are eager to explore the cutting edge of storytelling.
Led by Elizabeth Strickler, media innovation strategist and professor at GSU, and supported by a team of creative professionals, this workshop offers real-world guidance and a supportive environment for participants to create their own AI-powered short film. Whether it’s a music video, animated short, or a live-action-style narrative, this immersive experience gives creators full access to the AI filmmaking pipeline from story to screen.
